Description
Boz 2 Turkish pistachio kernels have a slightly pinkish tone on the back of the outer skin and a medium-green interior. They offer a balanced, standard pistachio aroma and flavor. This grade is widely used in the baklava and ice cream industries. In recent years, chocolate manufacturers have also been using Boz 2 kernels more commonly in a range of products. Boz 2 Gaziantep pistachios are available in different forms, including whole kernels and pistachio powder.
About Gaziantep Pistachios
Named after Gaziantep, the region where they are most widely grown, Gaziantep pistachios are known for their rich taste and high nutritional value. They are naturally high in calories and contain abundant protein and minerals. They are especially rich in vitamins B1, B2, E, and C, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Gaziantep pistachios are widely used as a snack and as an ingredient in many products, including baklava and other desserts, chocolate, halva, ice cream, and even certain cured-meat products.
