About Gaziantep Pistachios
Named after Gaziantep, the region where they are most widely grown, Gaziantep pistachios are known for their rich taste and high nutritional value. They are naturally high in calories and contain abundant protein and minerals. They are especially rich in vitamins B1, B2, E, and C, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Gaziantep pistachios are widely used as a snack and as an ingredient in many products, including baklava and other desserts, chocolate, halva, ice cream, and even certain cured-meat products.

This product is obtained by shelling and carefully selecting pistachios harvested from late July through August 15.

This product is made from pistachios harvested between August 15 and 25, then separated from their hard shells and carefully selected.

The turkish pistachios are roasted in their shells with salt at 150°C. The salt content is maximum 0.9%.
